Janet is a seasoned leader with experience from association executives and academic leadership including served terms as Department Chair. She is currently the Chair Support Coordinator for Mount Royal University. Dr. Miller has organized training for student clubs, university departments, and community organizations on a variety of topics including burnout prevention, stress management, conflict resolution, team building, and leadership.
